Tymoshenko stays in jail and consults lawyers

Jailed former Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko has refused to be moved to a local hospital in Kharkiv for treatment by German doctors.

She says she and her lawyers need more time to discuss her situation before making the transfer and the move may take place tomorrow.
