Alberto Fujimori, the former Peruvian president, is due to testify in his own defence at the end of his 15-month trial for alleged human rights abuses on Friday.

It is Fujimori's last chance to convince the panel of judges that he is innocent. He faces up to 30 years in prison if found guilty.
