Mexicans take flood rescue into their own hands - 05 Nov 07

There have been reports of looting in flood-hit southern Mexico in the wake of dwindling supplies of food and drinking water.
Floodwaters are finally receding in the worst-affected areas. But the army says around 80-thousand people remain trapped in homes.
With official response systems stretched to the limit, people are taking aid efforts into their own hands. Al Jazeera's Mike Kirsch reports from Tabasco.
