Shortly after purchasing "The Courtyard of Chapel Hill", a two-day visit to Rome was made for ideas to incorporate certain elements of this beautiful European city into the redevelopment of this mixed-use retail/office property located in the heart of Downtown Chapel Hill, NC. The montage is set to "Now We Are Free", which is the theme song from the movie "The Gladiator", and is performed by Enya.
