Three rescued in high-rise mishap

Three men dangle precariously above the streets of New York after the platform they were working on slipped.
Emergency workers flock to the scene and mount a rescue - 17 floors up.
One police officer rappels down to the men while firefighters break a window and pull the trio to safety.
Aside from a few minor injuries, police say the workers are fine.
