Rescuers freed nine miners from a caved-in copper mine in southern Peru on Wednesday, after a seven-day ordeal during which they survived in a horizontal gallery 250 metres underground. The mine, around 300 kms south of the capital Lima, was unlicensed and had been abandoned more than two decades ago by its owners but continues to be exploited. Duration: 01:18
