A man is in custody after opening fire at a private college in California. Seven people died in the attack, three more were wounded.
Witnesses tell of chaotic scenes as police SWAT teams surrounded the area at first trying to identify how many gunmen were on the loose.
Oakland's Oikos university has links to the Korean Christian community - all the dead are said to be Korean adults.
