Anna is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, where she grew up writing and exploring the Nashville music scene. She attended college in Boston at Emerson College where she studied music, theater and dance. She now resides in New York, sharing her powerful voice at venues such as Caffe Vivaldi, Parkside Lounge and the National Underground with bluesy originals that incorporate refreshing theatrical touches. Her music is raw and evocative. Sometimes experimental, sometimes quirky, sometimes purposefully unpolished, sometimes controversial...but it is always soulful, organic, connected and honest.
