Security is tight in Mexico ahead of Pope visit
Awaiting the arrival of the Pope in Mexico.
Final preparations are underway in the Mexican city of Leon, a day ahead of the much anticipated visit of Pope Benedict.
Local vendors are already offering their wares.
Anticipation is in the air..
(SOUNDBITE)(Spanish) CARLOS ROBLES, LOCAL RESIDENT, SAYING:
"For us it's a privilege for him to be here with us. I would ask him to keep praying for the good people of the world."
Pilgrims are arriving to see the Pope.
The visit will be the first for Pope Benedict in the largely conservative Catholic country.
