Dionsé are a 3 piece Traditional Irish group. All members hail from Lucan Co. Dublin and are friends since childhood. Having played many gigs in pubs and clubs around Ireland, we are now taking the next step and recording our material. We mostly play our own tunes and some from our best known Irish acts. We are set to record our first album in Jan '09, with a second to follow in the Summer months. Dionse has a regular Thursday night gig in the Stag's Head in Dublin City Centre (Free Admission). Check this page for dates and venues of our live shows. The first of our recordings will be available to preview on our page before the end of Jan. We have recorded our demo in Applecore Studios, Dublin with well know and hugely respected producer Eddy Reilly. Eddy has previously worked as a sound engineer for, amongst others, The Fureys and Davey Arthur. We enjoyed the day out and the end result. So a big thanks to Eddy for working his magic! We look forward to recording again with Eddy in the Summer.
