Bad weather halts Costa Concordia search

Fifteen people are still missing after the ship ran aground off the coast of Giglio, Italy more than two weeks ago.
But recovery operations have repeatedly been suspended and were halted again Sunday due to bad weather and the ship's movement.
Although the ship moved several centimeters in six hours, officials say there is little risk it will slide off the rocky ledge and into deeper water.
(SOUNDBITE) (Italian) MAYOR OF GIGLIO, SERGIO ORTELLI, SAYING:
"We have always said that weather conditions could cause something like this, as it has been happening over the last few days and also in the very early days. Operations are moving forward in general, but they can always be interrupted because the ship, being a piece of metal that makes occasional adjustments, makes small movements - not large movements. So I would describe what's happening as being within the normal framework."
Windy weather and rough seas are also delaying the effort to remove more than 2,300 tonnes of fuel from the ship.
