New Shlomo Artzi musical

Elton John eat your heart out, Israeli theatre is celebrating its home grown iconic talent and Even Shlomo Artzi got emotional from the Musical 'layla lo sheket' based on his songs. Artzi arrived last Friday to the Kamari theatre in Tel Aviv to see the show starring Aki Avni, Yael Bar Zohar, May Finegold and other performers present his songs on the stage. In a surprise at the end of the performance Artzi took to the stage at his own choosing and performed the last song along with the cast. Despite some arguments about the show on the road to its production, Artzi was satisfied with the end result and sat through the performance quietly enjoying the show.
