Pole Dancing for Fitness - Fan Kick to a Bridge - as part of the fitness series by GeoBeats.

We are going to do a fan kick to a bridge. So let us go ahead and have the inside hip around in front of your pole. You are going to have your outside hand over your inside hand. And this is called our stronghold hand position. We are going to lean back against the pole just slightly. We are going to take our inside leg, we are going to bring it around, and bring the outside leg following it. And I am going to demonstrate for you. We are going to take the inside leg around outside leg. We are going to face our pole. We are going to keep turning to the other hips on the pole.

And then we are going to bridge. We just lean back and then we come up. We go back the other direction, outside arm above, hip in front. We are going to take that inside leg around. Lean backward, keeping those arms nice and flexed. We keep turning, the hips close to the pole. We lean back into our bridge and we come up.

Let us go ahead and do it 1 more time. Outside arm above the inside arm. Hip in front of the pole, taking that inside leg around, face your pole, continue, and bridge. And that is a fan kick to a bridge.
