The dominos start to fall when a battle between the predacons and maximal begun when investigating energon reading coming from the standing stones (Stonehenge). An energon explosion from the centre of the standing stones transmitted a signal into space which pick up by an alien probe which abducted Optimus when he and Dinobot investigate.
With Optimus gone, Dinobot and Rattrap fight each other for leadership of the maximals before the predacons launch an attack on the maximal base.
