Afghan blast kills at least 20

Bodies laid out in the northern Afghan city of Taloqan following a suicide bombing which killed at least 20 people and wounded 50.
A hospital spokesman said one of those killed was a politician.
(SOUNDBITE) (Dari) HEAD OF TAKHAR PUBLIC HEATH HOSPITAL, ABDUL GHAFAR SAFI, SAYING:
"Until now we have received around thirteen bodies including Mutalib Bik's -- a member of the Afghan parliament -- and 50 other wounded."
The once-peaceful province has seen a number of high-profile attacks over the last year, including the killing of a top police commander in May.
