The Cold War is history, but former members of the Warsaw Pact and their NATO counterparts are still inspecting one anothers'weapons arsenals. The Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) set rules on disarmament for the two sides. People&Politics met up with inspectors from Ukraine, who were in Germany to make sure Berlin adheres to those regulations.
