Bearing Witness: Raymond Baker attacks world's "shadow" financial system

Raymond Baker, the director of Global Financial Integrity, said the world's "shadow" financial system of illicit deals was costing the developing world an estimated $1.2 trillion a year. He said this was the ugliest chapter in global economic affairs since slavery. He was speaking at a Christian Aid campaigning event in Manchester on Saturday October 1.
