The Kardashians have always be a paparazzi favorite, maybe because of all the stunts they pulled for money and attention. So it came as no surprise that a pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick were hounded by the photographers while they were out for lunch. In-fact one photographer was bold enough to even get inside the elevator with the couple.
