Legislation to allow same sex marriages is set to be introduced in Denmark. A minister in the country's coalition government has confirmed the law could be introduced early next year. Polls have suggested the move has public backing with 69 per cent supporting it. Denmark was the first country in the world to allow gay civil partnerships in 1989. http://www.euronews.net/
