Watch our guys gut out a luxury apartment on the 45th floor in a Manhattan luxury apartment.
The apartment had a raised wood floor with full carpeting. We ripped out the built in cabinetry, hot tub, raised floor and framing. Then we removed the old tiles and left the place clean for new construction.
