Sporting a black eye but flashing two new front teeth, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler rocked the band's concert in Paraguay on Wednesday (October 26).
Tyler fell in his hotel shower the night before (Tuesday, October 25), forcing the show to be postponed.
The band's lead singer said he was sober at the time of the fall but was battling food poisoning, which caused him to faint in the shower.
He was rushed to hospital where he underwent a four-hour oreal of receiving stitches and emergency dental work.
The singer's famous mouth was restored and photographs showed off his new pearly whites.
Back on form, the concert went off without a hitch.
The 63-year-old singer said the concert was one of the best on their South American tour.
