Kagame former supporters and friends prefer exile

Paul Kagame’s official visit in France remains a scandal not only for French military and political leadership under François Mitterrand who tried to prevent a genocide but also for African people who fight against dictators. Why is a Western leader like Nicolas Sarkozy applying "double standards" for Khadafi in Libya and Kagame in Rwanda ? Fortunately, French Foreign minister Alain Juppé is not to be compared with his predecessor, Bernard Kouchner, who always showed to be a friend of Kagame whereas all supporters and friends of Rwandese president are choosing exile when not deported.
