Judge revokes Lohan's probation
Lindsay Lohan arrived at a Los Angeles court for a progress hearing on her probation sentence.
Judge Stephanie Sautner had harsh words for the actress who failed to perform enough hours of her community service, as part of a sentence for stealing a gold necklace from a jewelry store.

"They say she failed to show for nine scheduled appointments, and then when she did show, I don't know how many times it was, she blew them off and left after an hour, hour and a half. We'll all hear that, if and when the people subpoena these witnesses to appear at a hearing. She's entitled to a hearing. But for now, this is not the hearing. I am revoking her probation.".
A hearing was scheduled for November 2.
If evidence shows that the 25-year-old actress violated her probation, she could face jail time.

"No. Take her into custody."
Lohan was handcuffed and escorted out of the courtroom, but she's expected to post her $100,000 bail and not spend time behind bars.
