Lady Gaga signs autographs while sporting a weird head piece

Lady Gaga seems to be making Londoners very happy. After leaving the London Studios in Waterloo after Pre recording her appearance on The Jonathon Ross Show, the singer stopped to sign autographs for her fans. But wait, what is that on her head? Is it a hat of some sort? Can't say for sure. But what ever it is, its definitely eye catching.
