Families mourn 19 people killed when their plane went down in Nepal Sunday.
The small aircraft was carrying one Japanese, two American and 10 Indian tourists as well as six Nepalis on a Mount Everest flight when it crashed outside Kathmandu.
Rescuers rushed a lone survivor to hospital, but he later died.
One witness claimed police ignored locals who were asking for help for the man.
(SOUNDBITE) (Nepali) AIR CRASH EYEWITNESS, RAJ KUMAR KC, SAYING:
"When we re-approached some policemen had turned up, we asked for help, but they just ignored us. Later we had some help from a plain-clothed policeman."
He said the plane was flying low under thick mist before he heard an explosion.
Nepal's last plane crash killed 22 people in December.
Tens of thousands of hikers and tourists travel to Mount Everest each year, with private airlines taking many for flights over the world's highest mountain.
