Ingredients - 250 gm paneer sliced 3-4 cups oil for frying 2 cups besan 1-2 cups water 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp asafetida 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp salt Preparation - Add water, turmeric powder, asafetida, salt and besan together and mix well. Add red chilli powder. Heat the oil. Add the sliced paneer to the batter and drop them in oil. Serve hot.
