Swastik Semi-automatic motorised bottle cap sealing machine self up-down. This machine can be used in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, food processing etc. The machine is very easy to operate, bottlerest provided moves up and down, bottles are to be placed manually and the bottlerest lifts the bottle to seal the cap, the operator has to just feed the bottles to the machine. A single machine can seal bottle from 10 ml to 1 litre and cap from 22 mm to 58 mm size. Electric load on the machine is just 360 watts. Output of the machine is 1500 bottles per hour (approx).
