Bomb attack on UN's Nigerian HQ kills 16

At least 16 people have been killed in Nigeria following an attack on the United Nation's headquarters in the capital, Abuja. The Red Cross says another 11 people were injured after a bomb exploded outside the UN building, and that the death toll is likely to rise.
