Garlic Paratha

Ingredients - 1 tbsp garlic 1 tsp sauf Some mashed potatoes 1 green chilli 1/2 inch ginger 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha mix the potatoes with green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice and mix well. Add garlic and sauf. Mix well. On the dough roundals place the stuffing and roll out round parathas. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot
