Palak Paneer - Traditional Indian Food

Ingredients - 2 bunches spinach 100 gm paneer 2 onions grated 1 inch ginger 4 pods of garlic 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 4-5 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - Make a paste of spinach. Heat the oil, add cumin seeds, onions, garlic, ginger, salt and mix well. Add the dry spices - cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and add the spinach paste. Add the paneer and cook for a minute. Serve hot and garnish with cream.
