How to cook ONION BHAJIYA RECIPE

Ingredients - 1 onion sliced 3-4 cups oil for frying 2 cups besan 1-2 cups water 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp asafetida 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp salt Preparation - Add water, turmeric powder, asafetida, salt and besan together and mix well. Add red chili powder. Heat the oil. Add the sliced onions to the batter and drop them in oil. Serve hot.
