The Playboy Club is an upcoming American television series to be broadcast on NBC. Set in 1963, the series will center around the employees (known as Bunnies) of the first Playboy Club in Chicago.[2] NBC announced on May 12, 2011 that it had picked up the pilot as a series.[3] It is expected to premiere on September 19, 2011
