Memories of Austin James Smith and Cousin Tyler and Family in Florida 2005
March 2005 Austin, mommy, mamaw Shot(Austin couldn't say Hendershot) Aunt Sara and his cousin Tyler flew on an airplane from Indy to St. Petersburg, Florida for a couple days.
Took in Disneyworld and Seaworld. Had a good time.
Austin passed away on September 03, 2006 at the age of 4. Austin loved to ride horses and he got to go this day with his mommy, papaw shot, his great uncle Don (who he called Papaw Don) and Don's girlfriend, Lisa. Austin was riding on his horse with his papaw shot when she bucked them off. Even though Austin WAS wearing his helmet, it didn't help save his life. His injuries were internal and he passed away at the hospital. The song that played that day on the radio was "American Pie" Always in our Hearts very much missed!
