Google+ Challenges Facebook

Google is back with another try at forming its own social network, called Google+. Google+ has some cool features like "Hangout," "Spark," and "Mobile." But it's banking on its "Circle" feature, which allows you to create specific groups of family and friends, to rival Facebook. Maureen Aladin wonders whether Google+ has what it takes.
