Vigi'Fall is the first domotized fall detector.
Maintained directly on the body thanks to its patch, and worn constantly, the body sensor transmits the person's movements and cardiac rythm, even under the shower.
Vigi'Fall provides security by communicating your movements to a monitoring box, which is connected to the telephone line. This box is equipped with an expert system which receives the information from the body sensor, which is completed with information obtained from the infrared movement detector placed
in each room. One can safely go about one's business, while the Vigi'Fall constantly keeps the movements under watch.
If one falls... The body sensor sends out an alert to the
monitoring box, which cross-checks this information with the movement detector and cardiac rythm.
If one cannot stand up, the monitoring box calls for
assistance.
