Are these symptoms of real bhakti or my mind is just playing games with me?

Q: I believe, that my love and my heart is devoted to Radha Krishna. I believe, I find their Lila and love in this world in people. When I chant or hear names of god, I am over come by esthatic symptoms of tears, and my voice become chocked up, my body trembles, I lose up my awareness. Are these symptoms of real bhakti or mind is playing just a game. I have asked other devotes and I have being told, its my mental speculation but my heart tells me, it is the symptoms of true love.
