This video is a living testimony of the wonderful tango life that Valorie Hart and Alberto Paz brought with them to the city of New Orleans in 2000. This is how things were before the levees breached after Katrina, flooding the city, and washing away lives, property and hopes.
It is also a loving tribute to all those who never came back and to those who are yet to return.
