Description: Ingredients- 1 cup pasta cooked 1 cup spinach 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 cloves of garlic chopped 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Some low fat milk 2 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add garlic and spinach and let it cook for a minute. Add pasta and cream. Add cheese,salt,pepper and milk. Mix well. Serve hot.
