NS 8763, 8203(ex Conrail) & 8946 travel from Cramerton with a coal train
traveling at 15 mph, and a few minutes after the horn was blowen, the train went much slower unitl it stopped for a few minutes blocking traffic through Downtown Belmont. This train was headed for Duke Power.
