Arabic-Web-A devil stars in Bolivian carnival

At the rugged heights of Bolivia's Andean mountains, locals are prepping for the party of the year -- a dance with the devil. Their Carnival is inspired by the region's history -- the Spanish conquest, the mining industry and Tio de la Mina, an underground god, also known as a devil, who helps out with the hardship of daily life. The three-day show draws hundreds of thousands annually. A natural sound AFPTV report.
