A DMCA has been filled by 'waterworks4u'

My video "Ignorance is no excuse: Water, water everywhere but none of these drips can think" has been DMCA'd falsely by someone identified as "Waterworks4U"
The youtube user: http://www.youtube.com/waterworks4u was the target of that video and had threatened legal action both for copyright and slander.
