Maybe you have seen other tutorials where you have to use a Hex Editor. Well this Program, does this for you!!! So it is the same thing, just that you dont have to do anything, because the program does it for you!!! Just create a profile (or take one of yours) , copy it to a usb memory device, select it with the program, an recopy it onto your PlayStation3!!!
