She moved through the fair - cover of a traditional folksong

This is a cover of a song that Wikipedia says originated with Irish travellers over a hundred years ago:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/She_Moved_Through_the_Fair

and I'm nearly old enough to confirm this from personal experience. A lot of people have performed this song although the lyrics may vary and even the title does. It's sometimes called 'She moves through the fair' instead. Youtube, Vimeo, Dailymotion and other sites host many variations.

Mine was done in February of 2011 in my music room at home here in the UK. I fully intended to do a green screen video as I recorded all the parts but instead I started enjoying the playing too much and just worked on the sound. I was fairly happy with that and I've added a few pics of my house, studio, wife and dog. I have a much nicer one involving Pre-Raphaelite paintings in a slide-show but I don't want hassle from Rossetti 's people. At least you get to see where I spend a fair amount of time drumming and strumming.
