May 2010 HOA Meeting, Tone Ranch Estates, Vision Management

Welcome to the era of private government! Board members Ed Weaver and Tony Haddad blow up during the first few minutes of the meeting. The gang heads into the community center to call Gilbert police. Tony boasts about money soon to be coming back to the HOA that it paid lawyers to sue homeowners for parking RVs on-lot which the CC&Rs allow. Pam Rottner & others from Vision have shown up to board meetings and many times outnumber the non-board homeowners. Vision pushes the board to adopt new rules, policies, and restrictions as Vision sees fit. Vision refuses to answer questions, emails, and BBB complaints, and refuses to allow conversations with property managers. Vision and the Tone Ranch Estates HOA have repeatedly singled out homeowners for constant harassment.
