Agadez, the Music and the Rebellion

"Agadez, the Music and the Rebellion" is a new submission to ÉCU 2011. The film tells the story of an ancient Saharan nomadic tribe who, since the 12th century, have linked North Africa and West Africa, guiding their camel caravans across the desert, spreading art and music from Egypt to Mali.// "Agadez, the Music and the Rebellion" vient d'être envoyé à ÉCU 2011. Ce film raconte l'histoire d'une ancienne tribu nomade qui, depuis le 12ème siècle, voyage de l'Afrique du nord à l'Afrique de l'est, traversant le désert avec ses caravane de chameaux, diffusant sa culture et sa musique de l'Égypte au Mali.
