Gordon Brown has called for a new global agreement to prevent a decade of decline in the West.

In an exclusive interview for ITV News, the former Prime Minister also explained why he has chosen not to criticise any of his former colleagues in his new book.

He told Mark Austin that people expect their leaders to rise above that.
