Art Basel in Miami | Arts.21

Every December, Miami Beach hosts Art Basel and becomes a temporary center for the international art world. The event is being held in Florida for the 9th time. The focus this year is on four cities in particular: Glasgow, Dublin, Mexico City and Berlin.The art fair opened with a show of work by Jonathan Meese in Miami's Museum of Contemporary Art. ARTS.21 accompanied Berlin-based gallery owner Helmut Schuster to Art Basel, dropping by some of the main events including Berlin Night, where artists Christopher Roth and Isa Melsheimer and architect Arno Brandlhuber unveiled their work.
