After discovering two of the Mysterons’ weaknesses in the previous episode, Spectrum Intelligence Agency (SIA) hold a conference with Captain Blue, Scarlet, Colonel White and even the World President to discuss the two devices that have be created to use against the Mysterons.
However the Mysteron knows about the conference and they are going to make sure that these devices aren’t mass produced when the bartender is killed and reconstructed.
