Celebrity mum-to-be Penny Lancaster Stewart is encouraging people to take the plunge for free, as part of the British Gas 3 Free Swims campaign. British Gas is giving away 3 free swims to their customers (for up to two adults and two children per swim) at 544 health clubs, hotels and leisure centres around the country, until 30th November 2010. Penny Lancaster Stewart, a model, photographer and qualified fitness instructor, has always been a big swimming fan. As a teenager she swam back stroke at county level for her school in Essex, and has continued to swim regularly throughout her adult life.
