Record from Garageband to Ableton Live (and back)

A tutorial on how to directly record sound from one program to another using the free Soundflower app and no cables. Used here for processing beats. Background: Hiram recently moved to Singapore and has been experimenting with midi in his free time. Ableton Live provides an easy way to process sounds into textural beats, but he prefers some of the midi sounds in Garageband. This allows him to make the best use of both programs.
